Shuddha Guggulu is a herb that helps regulate the lipid metabolism, showing excellent results in weight control and body fat reduction. It modulates your lipid profile. It lowers the cholesterol and triglycerides levels in blood, maintains and improves the HDL to LDL ratio, reduces the risk of occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and is recommended especially for smokers, overweight people and people, leading stressful life.

Dosage and directions

Follow the directions for using this herbal supplement provided by your physician. Take this herbal supplement exactly as directed. Take 1 capsule twice a day with water or milk.

There are no known precautions for Shuddha Guggulu usage.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of this herbal supplement and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. Do not take 2 doses at once.
